Legal Warranty of Conformity

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. 24-month warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity under EU Directive 2019/771 and its national implementing laws. The warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within 24 months.

2. Refurbished products

As these are refurbished goods, the cosmetic characteristics declared on the product page (Grade A/B/C, minor signs of use, battery health guaranteed at 100% at shipping) do not constitute a lack of conformity. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid contact, tampering or unauthorised repairs.

3. Remedies

In the event of a lack of conformity the Customer is entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored through repair or replacement and, secondarily, to a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with Art. 13 of Directive 2019/771.

4. Additional commercial warranty

In addition to the 24-month legal warranty, Mirae provides a 4-month commercial warranty on the proper functioning of the refurbished device. This commercial warranty is additional and does not replace or limit the legal warranty rights granted to consumers.

5. How to claim the warranty

Contact info@miraeofficial.shop with the order number and a description of the defect. Customer service will provide shipping and service instructions.

6. Manufacturer warranty

Any commercial warranty from third parties, if applicable, is additional and does not replace the legal warranty of conformity. Apple Inc. does not provide a direct warranty on devices sold as refurbished by independent third parties.

7. WEEE and batteries

WEEE (EU Directive 2012/19/EU): the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the product must not be disposed of with household waste. The Customer may return the used device free of charge to collection points or to the retailer according to applicable rules.

Batteries (EU Reg. 2023/1542): used batteries must be disposed of in the appropriate containers and never with general household waste.
