1. Service area

We ship across the European Union. For any other destination please contact customer service.

2. Delivery times

Delivery takes place within 3-6 business days from order confirmation, via tracked express courier. Times may vary during peak periods or for reasons of force majeure.

3. Costs

Standard shipping is free on every order placed on miraeofficial.shop.

4. Tracking

At dispatch the Customer receives a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery.

5. Transfer of risk

Under Art. 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer Customer at the time of physical delivery of the product.

6. Delivery issues

If the parcel is visibly damaged, accept it with reservation and report it within 48 h to info@miraeofficial.shop with photos of the parcel and its contents.
