What is refurbished
The products sold on this site are genuine Apple devices refurbished by independent third parties. They are not new and not factory-sealed. They are collected, inspected, functionally tested, sanitised and — where needed — repaired with compatible spare parts before being put back on sale.
Grade meaning
- Grade A — Excellent cosmetic condition. No visible marks at 30 cm in normal lighting. Display and housing free of significant scratches.
- Grade B — Minor signs of use visible up close (micro-scratches on housing or frame). Display free of significant scratches.
- Grade C — Visible signs of use on housing and/or frame. Full functionality is always guaranteed.
The product currently on sale is Grade A.
Battery
The battery of the device on sale has been replaced with a new battery and delivers 100% capacity at the time of shipping. The replacement battery is not necessarily an original Apple part: where a certified compatible component is used, this is stated on the product page. Battery life varies based on use.

Cosmetic variations within a grade
Even within the same Grade A there may be minor cosmetic variations. For this reason the 14-day right of withdrawal is always available in case of any dissatisfaction.
