Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the distance sale of refurbished electronic products through the website miraeofficial.shop (the "Site"), operated by PROFIT STRATEGJI Ltd. (the "Seller"). By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these terms. Sales to consumers residing in the EU are governed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods, and the applicable national implementing laws (in Italy: Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code).

3. Products — refurbished nature
The products sold are genuine Apple devices refurbished by independent third parties, not new and not factory-sealed. Each product is graded for cosmetic condition (A/B/C) and listed with information on battery health (guaranteed at 100% at the time of shipping), functional tests performed, and accessories included (original or compatible, as specified on the product page). Apple, iPhone and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.; the Seller is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorised by Apple Inc.
4. Prices
All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Any struck-through prices indicate, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/2161 (Omnibus), the lowest price applied in the 30 days preceding the promotion, or — where expressly stated — the indicative list price of the equivalent new model. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is finalised.
5. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of stock unavailability, incomplete data or suspected fraud, providing prompt notice and refunding any amount already paid.
6. Payments
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other providers that may be active). Klarna instalment payments are subject to the provider's own terms. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS certified providers; the Seller does not store card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery takes place within 3-6 business days across the European Union via tracked express courier. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer Customer at the time of physical delivery of the goods (Art. 20 Directive 2011/83/EU).
8. Right of withdrawal
The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days as described on the Right of Withdrawal page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Legal warranty
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity, as described on the Warranty page. A commercial warranty of 4 additional months is also provided.
10. Complaints and online dispute resolution (ODR)
For any complaint: info@miraeofficial.shop. Pursuant to EU Reg. 524/2013, consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracts with EU consumers are governed by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of the consumer's habitual residence. EU consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
