Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

The consumer Customer may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the goods are physically received.

2. How to exercise the right

Within the deadline, send an explicit statement to info@miraeofficial.shop using the model withdrawal form below (optional) or any other unambiguous declaration.

3. Return procedure and deadlines

The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from communicating the withdrawal, to the address provided by customer service by email. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Seller. Goods must be returned intact, with all accessories and original packaging; the Customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refund

The Seller refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Customer. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipping is provided.

5. Exclusions

The legal exclusions provided for in Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU apply where relevant.
